Take 4 teaspoons of coltsfoot leaves, add a cup of boiling water and keep it covered for 30 minutes. Strain it and drink 1/3 cup, three times a day.

Carrot juice

Mix equal parts of fresh carrot juice with milk and take it 5-6 times a day in case of a cough attack.

Black radish

Wash the black radish and cut it into pieces, put it in a pan and pour sugar. “Simmer” it in the oven for two hours. Strain the mixture, let it cool off and pour it into a glass jar. Keep it in a cold place. You should take one teaspoon of it, 5-6 times a day, before going to bed and in case of cough attack.

Lemon balm

In case of cough, you can prepare lemon balm. Take one lemon, wash it well and put it in a pot. Pour a little water and boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Take the lemon out of the water, cut it in half and squeeze the juice from the two halves. Add 2 tablespoons of glycerin in the juice. Take one teaspoon of the balm, three times a day. You can also take it at night in case of cough.

Propolis

Mix 15 g of propolis with 100g of butter and take one teaspoon of it three times a day, one hour before meals or an hour and a half after a meal, with warm milk.

Linden

Take one tablespoon of dried linden, add a cup of boiling water, cover it and strain it after 20 minutes. Add a teaspoon of linden honey in the warm tea. Drink 1/3 of a cup, three times a day.

The linden honey has a strong effect against all microorganisms. In case of pneumonia, you should take it at night before sleep, in combination with warm milk or tea. Pour 1 tablespoon of honey in a cup of hot drink. For a stronger effect you can also add some lemon.

Horseradish tea to clean the lungs

In order to prepare the tea you should take 10 g of finely grated horseradish, mix it with 2 dl of boiling water and let it sit for several minutes. Then divide the liquid into 3 parts and drink it 3 times a day.

In case of cough and problems with the breathing it is recommended to grate the horseradish, mix it with natural honey and eat 1 teaspoon of it, every morning on an empty stomach.

Onions and garlic

They have antibiotic properties, especially garlic, and they are excellent fighters against the bacterial and viral infections. They are allies in the strengthening of the immune system, especially in winter.

From the onions you can make cough syrup for which you need to chop the onions, mix them with honey and keep the mixture like that for a few hours until the onions let the juice out. Strain the syrup, pour it into a glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator. You should use it several times a day.

In case of pneumonia, you can make a coating from the onions. For that, you need to simmer the onions on lard and apply that on the chest until it is still warm, cover it with a towel, wrap it with foil and let it act for several hours during the night.

Flaxseed and flaxseed oil

The flaxseed contains mucus that helps in case of coughing. Besides that, it is rich in omega – 3 fatty acids that have a strong anti-inflammatory effect, so the flaxseed oil is recommended in the treatment of pneumonia, as well as for prevention of pneumonia.

Herbal Tea Mixture #1

Take 1 teaspoon of yarrow, 1 teaspoon of coltsfoot and flowers of black elderberry, then pour a cup of boiling water and strain it after 25 minutes. Drink a quarter cup of it four times a day, half an hour before meals.

Herbal Tea Mixture #2

Take three tablespoons of the mixture of coltsfoot, primrose, elderberries, black and white marshmallow, thyme, hyssop, plantain, sage, mountain savory, oregano, and rose and pour 600 ml of boiling water.
