Green diet is intended for those who do not eat meat, but they want to get rid of excess weight in a healthy way without starving. This diet consists of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients, that release toxins from the body and allow healthy weight loss.
Eating schedule for every day is more or less the same, but very important is to combine different foods.
Green diet plan
After waking up: A glass of fresh fruit juice
Breakfast: Fresh fruit
Snack: Fresh vegetables (salad), whole meal toast, soup or a glass of milk
Lunch: Fresh vegetables, potatoes, rice or a piece of cheese
Dinner: Mixed salad.
– Potatoes are always eaten with salad.
– Don’t combine fruits with anything else and don’t eat fruit right after some other types of foods. Eat it on an empty stomach. After green vegetables wait at least 30 minutes, while after the potato and rice wait at least 3 hours.
– Milk is also a separate meal and shouldn’t be mixed with other foods.
