This delicious drink contains a number of ingredients that stimulate the thyroid gland, and at the same time, it is a real vitamin bomb.
7 cups of spring or filtered water
1 cup of 100 percent cranberry juice
1/4 tbsp. of dry ginger
1/2 tbsp. of Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 tbsp. of nutmeg
3/4 tbsp of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Heat the water and before it boils, add the cranberry juice, then add the spices and let it boil at the lowest temperature for 20 minutes. When it cools off to room temperature, add the juice of orange and lemon. The amount is intended for one day.
