How to prevent and heal the cough?

1. Garlic Syrup

3. Cranberry Syrup

If the cough is persistent, peel one onion and sprinkle it with a tablespoon of sugar. Strain the juice that will appear and drink 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, 20 minutes before meals. You can also prepare onion juice with honey, which is prepared in a ratio of 1: 2. Drink one teaspoon 3-4 times a day, 30-40 minutes before meals.

10. Russian cough balsam

Pick and wash aloe leaves (100 g) and keep them in the refrigerator for 10 days. After ten days, you should chop them and add them into 700 g of hot honey, 30 grams of linden flowers and 70 g of birch buds (they can be dry), boil this for 2 minutes in a previously heated water.

When the mixture cools off, strain it and pour it into the cooled honey. Stir the mixture well and add half a cup of the best oils (for example, olive oil, extra virgin). 12. Persistent dry cough

Slice one orange together with its rind (wash it with water and baking soda), sprinkle it with some sugar and boil it for 30 minutes. Take 1-2 tablespoons of the syrup.
