Therefore, the problems with the stomach caused by viruses, unhealthy diet habits or anxiety can be eased by appropriate choice of food.
This, for many people favorite fruit, is the healthiest food choice after doing exercises. In addition to being a valuable source of energy, bananas are also easy to digest. Due to the pectin, which they contain, they help the bowel work.
Due to the enzymes papain and chymopapain that dissolve proteins and regulate the acidity of the stomach, the papaya has deserved one of the leading positions on the list of beneficial foods for the stomach. It calms the stomach and cures constipation, not only the fresh papaya fruit, but also the supplements available in natural pharmacies.
3. White rice
When the activity of the stomach begins to get out of control, it is recommended to consume white food such as white rice, boiled potatoes, and already the most popular ally of the “upset” digestion –toast. In addition to the fact that it does not irritate the already disturbed digestion, this food stops diarrhea by absorbing the fluid and thus regulating the digestion.

Most dairy products are not recommended during problems with the digestion, but the yogurt is an exception which can be used without any fear. If it contains active cultures, which increase the amount of “good bacteria” in the stomach, the healing process will be even faster and more efficient.
