What you need:
– 6 lemons
– 3 grapefruits
– Ginger root with a size of 9-10 cm (or 5 tablespoons of ginger powder)
– 4 cloves of garlic
– Few fresh mint leaves (or strong tea, 2 dl for 3 teabags)
– Half a liter of clean boiled water
– 3 tablespoons of linseed oil
– 1 teaspoon of caraway powder
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and the grapefruit in a bowl. Put the ginger, garlic and mint tea in a blender. Strain it, and mix the juice (from the ginger and the garlic) with the lemon and grapefruit juice, add the water, the caraway and the linseed oil. Stir everything well until you get a compact mixture. Drink the juice while it is fresh. You should drink the juice on an empty stomach.
