Preparing them is easy! It’s literally fruit soaking in a clear water cooler. And fresh fruit infused water has some health benefits!

Preparing:

First: Cut up fruit or vegetable (s) of your choice and place it in the pitcher,
Second: Fill the pitcher with filtered water, sparkling plain water (Optional: add ice),

Lastly: Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

You can use mix of:

Fruit: Citrus | grapefruit, lemon, Meyer lemon, key lime, lime, blood orange, orange, tangerines strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, pear, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, banana, kiwi, star fruit, honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, grapes, plums, peaches, nectarines

Vegetables: cucumber, carrots, celery, peppers (hot or sweet)

Herbs: mint, sage, rosemary, basil, cilantro, thyme, stevia, lavender

Spices: ginger, cinnamon stick (ground cinnamon will float), black pepper

pear + rosemary

cherries + lime + mint

A general rule of thumb, is to experiment and have fun with this! Choose ingredients you enjoy and try new things you haven’t tried before.
