Take dried ginger in powder. Pour a little of this powder in the mouth and with the tongue spread it on the gums. You should do this after every meal, especially when you cannot brush your teeth immediately.
You should always use ginger after you brush your teeth and before you go to bed. It is excellent for disinfection of the mucosa, and for cleaning and strengthening of the gums.
You will have a much fresher breath, and your gums will not bleed in the morning. This is an effective remedy for ulcers as well.
