1. Spirulina and Chlorella

Amaranth belongs to the so-called gluten-free grains and it is unique among the grains, because its nutritious wealth is located inside the grain, not like the others, in the shell.
We know that during the industrial processing of the grains, the shell is removed and then they have almost no nutritious value. The amaranth also contains protein, it is rich in fiber, three times more than wheat, it contains minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, copper, and vitamin A, B-complex and vitamin E.
The amaranth contains about 10 to 15 times more calcium than the milk, also it contains lysine, one of the amino acids which the human body cannot produce.
