If your skin is dry, you are constantly tired and you have no energy, it is possible that you need a detoxification. Therefore, we present you an effective diet plan that lasts for only two days.
Here is the plan for a weekend detoxification:
Waking up: Drink 1 cup of water
Breakfast: A cup of oat flakes with a tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 cup of milk or low-fat yogurt, half a cup of berries, and 1 cup of plain water or green tea.
Lunch: 250g of grilled hake, salad of chard and potatoes with olive oil, 2 tomatoes with olive oil or lemon juice, a slice of watermelon or a small banana, 1 cup of plain water.
Snack: An apple, ½ a cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 cup of plain water.
Dinner: 150 g of grilled tuna, 2 cups of salad with olive oil or lemon juice, half a cup of steamed vegetables (spinach or broccoli), a smaller whole wheat pastry, 1 cup of plain water.
Waking up: Drink 1 cup of water.
Breakfast: A cup of oat flakes with a tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 cup of milk or low-fat yogurt, green tea and a pear.
Lunch: Vegetable soup (carrots, beans, onion, pepper, celery, potatoes), 200g of grilled chicken, 150g of pickles, 1 cup of plain water
Dinner: Salad (grated carrots and beetroot, lemon juice), a little whole wheat pastry, nettle tea.
