The list of useful properties of the common chamomile or lemon is not shorter compared to the ginger. Much has been written about ginger, the treatment with ginger, there are many different recipes on the Internet, but no one has explained why the ginger in particular can cure many diseases and what is its secret?

Ginger has a unique ability to cleanse the organism from almost all kinds of toxins that come into our body through food, alcohol, chemicals and radiation.

The alternative medicine for decades claims that – it is direct. And now, the official medicine is beginning to accept this fact.

The toxins are – the main causes of many diseases!

They poison our bodies, cause degeneration of the cells, which leads to oncological diseases (cancer). Their accumulation in the walls of the blood vessels cause hypertension, multiple sclerosis, stroke, heart disease, while accumulation in the intestines lead to gastritis, colitis, ulcers, pancreatitis, impaired metabolism, endocrine diseases, diabetes. Salts (they are toxins as well) that are formed in the joints, cause arthritis and osteoporosis.

Original recipes with ginger

Ginger tea

– Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1 smaller root (10-20 g) of ginger or 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and let it sit for 10 minutes.

– Add a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice (according to your taste).

Take: one half in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before meals, and the other half during the day in small sips between meals.

This drink speeds up the metabolism, neutralizes the accumulated toxins in the body and helps the better digestion of the food.

You can use this drink every day.

Ginger for liver cleansing

For long-term and systematic cleansing of the liver (especially in the treatment of alcoholism and after the consequences of chemotherapy), you should use a tincture of ginger.


Wash a middle-sized (30 g) ginger root well and grate it together with the skin. Then, put the grated ginger root into a pot of dark glass or porcelain. Pour 200 ml of brandy, close it and leave it in a warm dark place for 10-14 days. You should dilute it with distilled or cold boiled water in a ratio of 1: 1.

You should take the tincture on an empty stomach 10-15 minutes before meals according to the following scheme:

You should start with 10 drops, and increase the amount every day by two drops. After 15 days, when you get to 40 drops a day – you should continue to drink the same dose of the tincture for 15 days (40 drops) every day, then gradually reduce the intake (2 drops per day) in the opposite direction, bringing it back to 10 drops a day.

You should make a two-week break and repeat the treatment

Ginger for Immunity

This ginger tincture has a remarkable effect in the improving of the immunity of the whole organism and has an excellent effect during the season of flu, colds and respiratory infections.


– Peel the skin of 400 g of fresh ginger root, grate it and pour 1 liter of alcohol or brandy of good quality.

– Let it sit for 3-4 weeks in a warm place, stir it occasionally. When the tincture turns yellow, strain it.

Take one teaspoon of it after breakfast and lunch. Do not use it in the evening.

Ginger with honey, lemon and garlic


– 500 g of honey and a jar of 700-800 ml (not smaller)

– 2 medium-sized or 1 bigger ginger root

– Juice of 1 lemon or a whole lemon cut into slices

– 3-4 pieces (or 1 small clove) of garlic

– Grate the ginger, squeeze the lemon juice or cut it into slices, chop the garlic finely

– Put everything in the jar with honey, but not full (fill it a little more than half), because the lemon and the ginger will release some juice.

– And after this, you should fill the jar with honey.

If you are sick, you should take 3 tablespoons a day. If the purpose is prevention and strengthening of the immune system, it is enough to take 1-2 tablespoons a day.
