Peel the beetroot. Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy smoothie.

Beetroot Smoothie I

1 fresh raw beetroot

200 ml of raspberries or blackberries

100 ml of full-fat yogurt

50 ml of cream

Some lemon juice

1 fresh raw beetroot

200 ml of berries

100 ml of full-fat yoghurt

2 tablespoons of grinded almonds

50 ml of water
