Health Benefits of Marjoram TeaThe non-concentrated marjoram (Majorana hortensis) tea is very effective in the treatment of all types of cramps: muscle, stomach, cough with cramps, and even shaking caused by epileptic seizures.

More concentrated tea is used for adults, in the treatment of edema in its initial stage, against hepatitis, problems with the liver, the mucous membrane in the lungs, against swelling and stomach poisoning.

The marjoram calms the nerves and it is effective against nervous exhaustion, weakness of nerves, headaches, migraine and dizziness.

Marjoram Tea Preparation

Put one teaspoon of this herb in a cup of boiling water and leave it for 5–10 minutes (depending on desired strength). You should drink the tea without any sweeteners in small sips, 1-2 small cups a day, according to the need. The excessive amount of the tea can cause fatigue and headaches.
