Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe for Weight LossThe smoothie is a known ally of all diets, either strict health diet, a detoxification or recreational diet (those when we allow ourselves occasional sinful pleasures). The third is probably the favorite for all of us, as much as someone can love a diet. In any case, the smoothie always comes in handy to compensate for the lack of vitamins,to refresh us or just to fix the mood.

This green diet smoothie is especially good for a diet because all the ingredients are actually in the service of weight loss, revitalization and improving the intestinal microflora, and although its taste does not remind us of pralines, it will definitely satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 3 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 stevia pills dissolved in a glass of water
  • 3 dl of yogurt

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blener and mix it. You can buy the stevia in a liquid form or as powder, and of course the pills which you should dissolve in a little hot water. From the above mentioned quantities you will get 2 cups of thick, delicious smoothie. Cheers!
