You can successfully reduce the fat level in the blood by using a drink prepared from lemon and garlic.
In order to prepare the drink, you need:
Cut the lemon into thin slices, mash the garlic or simply grind it or chop it into very thin pieces.
Put 1 liter of water in a saucepan and boil it. When the water boils add lemons and garlic, which you have already prepared, and cook it for two or three minutes. Let it cool off and strain the liquid through sterile gauze into a clean bottle. After that, if you want to you can put the lemon pieces in a gauze, wrap them well and strain them into the prepared liquid. The rest of the liquid from the lemons should be strained through the gauze.
You should take this remedy every day in doses of 0.03 to 0.05 l, three times a day. The amount you prepare should last for about 10 days and you should keep the drink in the refrigerator.
