Goji Berries Smoothie

Goji Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 cups of milk of apricots kernels

2 tablespoons soaked goji berries

¼ cup fresh strawberries

1 tablespoon agave syrup  and a pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Soak 1 cup of apricots kernels in water overnight. In the morning, rinse and peel. Put them into the bowl of a blender with 3 cups of water and blend. Strain and you get the milk of apricot kernels. Add the other ingredients and the milk in a blender and blend until you get homogenous mixture, and your smoothie is ready. For better taste chill the beverage in refrigerator for several hours.

Perfect Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 cups fresh peaches

⅓ cup macadamia or soaked cashew nuts,

1 cup fresh mango

1 teaspoon of maca powder

3 cups water and a little vanilla

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into the bowl of a blender and blend until you get creamy mixture. Put a few ice cubes and enjoy in the summer day.
