- One tablespoon of dried marshmallow root
- One tablespoon of flaxseed
- One tablespoon of sage
- One lemon, cut into small slices
- 250 ml of water
- 250g of brown sugar
Pour water into a smaller bowl and then add the sugar. When the sugar is melted, add the remaining ingredients and cook it over low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove the mixture from the fire and strain it.
Drink one teaspoon of this syrup three times a day. Use it until you feel better.
