Ice cream Smoothie RecipeA smoothie is an extremely good breakfast, dinner, snack, refreshment in the hot summer days, energy drink after a hard workout or a great dessert that will impress the adults, and the youngest as well.

Mothers are left with a smug smile on their lips, because, let’s face it, today it is almost impossible to “push” anything healthy to children, and make them see it as a candy.



Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cups of almond or hazelnut milk (optional)
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of almonds
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • About 10 mint leaves


Grind the almonds in a blender and add the blueberries, and then all the other ingredients and again grind everything. Pour the smoothie into 12 (or more) moulds. It is best to use rubber or plastic moulds because it is easier to take out the ice cream.

Put it in the freezer for about 4 hours and serve it with sauce of cooked strawberries, or according to your taste.
