This is an old Mongolian recipe for lowering the blood sugar levels.
Pour 200 grams of water over 10 grams of finely chopped or minced coriander. Cover the tea and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Strain the tea and share the amount in 3 parts. Drink these three parts during the day, between meals.
The treatment lasts for 2-3 months.
In people with chronic disease, this recipe significantly lowers the blood sugar levels and in cases of diabetes at initial stage, it leads to a complete recovery.
