How To Prepare Healthy Broccoli SmoothieThis is an old traditional recipe. Without any exception the broccoli is one of the healthiest and, by our choice, the most delicious food in general, it is classified as a “super food” and it reduces the risk of cancer . Enjoy this creamy treat by knowing that you are doing something really good for yourselves!

Necessary ingredients:

2 cups of chopped broccoli

1 cup of green grapes

1 small cucumber, chopped

250g of yoghurt

A few drops of lemon

ΒΌ cup of water

You can boil the broccoli for about 10 minutes, just long enough to soften it a bit, but you do not have to. Mix all ingredients in a blender. So easy and so helpful and healthy.
