The Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) root tea is very effective home remedy against all neurological disorders. It is very effective home remedy against epilepsy, hysteria, hypochondria (fear of diseases that do not even exist in the organism), cramps around the heart, cramps in the windpipe caused by stress, in the chest (asthma), in the stomach and in the intestines.
Valerian tea is recommended in the treatment of headaches, migraines, dizziness and nausea. It is used in three ways: when there is general discomfort and anxiety which can be increased due to some irritation, insomnia caused by stress, especially during cardiac difficulties accompanied by rapid heartbeat and the feeling of fear in the area around the heart.
The Valerian tea is an excellent home remedy for difficulties with digestion caused by stress, or for insufficient secretions for digestion in the stomach and intestines, for anxiety caused by cramps and nausea, for vomiting and cramps caused by inability to release gases. Furthermore, the tea is not harmful, and it is an excellent help in the process of breaking of the bad habits of using alcohol and nicotine.
Valerian tea must not be used for more than three weeks, and you have to make a break of five weeks. The Valerian lowers the blood pressure and makes you sleepy therefore, if you have low blood pressure, it is better to use hawthorn tea (Cretaceous Oxyacetylene).
Valerian tea against weakened nervous system
You need 30 grams of Valerian, 30 grams of mint leaves and 40 grams of buck bean. You should take one tablespoon of this mixture and pour 250 ml of boiled water, let it sit for about half an hour in a covered pot and then strain it. You should drink one small cup of warm tea after the meals, three times a day.
In situations of stress, heart difficulties and high or low blood pressure, you need a mixture of 15 grams of Valerian, hawthorn flower (Crataegus Oxyacanta), lavender flower (Lavandula Vera), caraway (Carum Carvi) and 10 grams of lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis).
You should take three tablespoons of the mixture and pour half a liter of boiled water, cover the pot and strain the tea after two hours. You should drink the tea with honey, in four equal amounts during the day.
