Smoothie Recipe For The Cold DaysAs the days grow shorter and the nights longer, I wonder if there is anything better than to put on a warm sweater, watch a good movie and enjoy a cup of healthy and tasty beverage that releases the scent of cinnamon and orange?

Ingredients:

1 orange

1 apple

Half a banana

2.5 dl of yogurt

cinnamon on the top of a teaspoon

a small piece of grated fresh ginger

a teaspoon of walnuts for decorating

Preparation:

Peel and cut the fruit, and put it in a blender together with the other ingredients. Sprinkle the walnuts over the foamy drink and enjoy in this little winter satisfaction.
