Tea That Helps Against Swollen Feet and Legs

Poor circulation, menstruation, obesity, poor diet and pregnancy are just some of the reasons for the discomfort of heavy and tired legs. If we add and the change in temperature, humidity and heat, swollen feet and legs as a result of gravity (deposition of body fluids in the legs) is guaranteed.
