Smoothie with spinach, banana, and wild berries


1 banana

300 ml of water

100 g of wild berries (fresh or frozen)

2-3 leaf spinach

1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup (optional)


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes and drink the juice immediately in small sips. The amount of juice is enough for one meal for one person.

Optionally you can substitute wild berries with any other fruit (except melons) while spinach with kale, lettuce or other green leafy vegetable.
