Note: the recommended amounts can be changed, but it is important to always use two measures of honey and one measure of cinnamon. Prepare as much as you need.

Boil the water and pour over the cinnamon. Cover the bowl and let it sit until it cools down approximately to the temperature at which it is possible to drink it, and add the honey (you should never pour honey in hot water, because the heat destroys the enzymes and other nutrients in the honey).

Drink half of the drink before you go to sleep. Leave the second half in the fridge and drink it in the morning – but do not reheat it.
